This Privacy Policy explains how Small Eagle (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use games we design, develop, and publish, including Thief Auto Run, Classic Car Race and Rabbit Run (together, “the Apps”) on iPhone & Android.

1. Summary

Our Apps are casual mobile games. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location for our own databases. Some Apps show ads through Google AdMob, which may collect device and advertising-related data as described below.

2. Information stored on your device

The Apps may store locally on your device (not on Small Eagle servers):

• Game progress such as scores, coins, unlocks, and selected items
• Simple preference or challenge data related to gameplay

This data stays on your device unless you clear the App’s storage or uninstall it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Some Apps use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, rewarded, or similar ads. Google and its partners may collect and process:

• Advertising ID and device identifiers
• IP address and general device information
• App activity related to ads (impressions, clicks, rewards)
• Approximate location derived from IP (not precise GPS from our Apps)

This information is used to provide, measure, and improve ads, including personalized advertising where allowed by law and your device settings.

4. How you can control ads & identifiers

• On Android, reset or limit your Advertising ID in device settings (often under Privacy / Google / Ads).
• Use Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
• Opting out may reduce personalized ads, but ads may still appear.

5. Children’s privacy

Our Apps are general-audience games and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ads or related services, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners such as Google may receive device or ad-related data as part of showing ads in the Apps, under their own policies.

7. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Ad-related data retained by Google is governed by Google’s policies.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the Apps secure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. International users

If you use an App outside your country, ad partners may process data on servers in other countries. Where required, consent forms may be shown.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of an App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
